Booking Terms

  • RATES EXCLUDE BREAKFAST, thus bookings are based on a ROOM RATE ONLY;
  • Enjoy breakfast at nearby Restaurants;
  • ALL GUESTS TO FIRST Proceed to Reception for registration, check-in and key collection before unpacking vehicle/s;
  • There is NO 24hr check-in facility, Please arrange with the office beforehand if you may be late;
  • All Rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning Units for both Heating and Cooling; full length mirrors and hair dryers; a complimentary coffee & tea station with kettle; 
  • Free Wi-Fi and Free parking;
  • NO self-catering or braai facilities on our properties or in our rooms. You are however welcome to bring your own cooler boxes with ice. Each room has its own mini bar fridge;
  • Restaurants are within a short walking distance from Autumn Breeze Manor Guesthouse;
  • It is essential to make a reservation well in advance, especially during busy periods, eg. Public Holidays and School Holidays;
