• a Limited Period from 1st April - 5th May 2025;
• 30% OFF Rack Rate PER ROOM;
• 50% deposit required within 24 - 48 hours from time of booking, to secure room/s;
• LAST MINUTE Bookings made 1 day prior to arrival, 
• Full amount payable before arrival;
• NO EXTENTION OF TIME ALLOWED;
• TWO people sharing only;
• Offer only applicable if booked directly through Autumn Breeze Manor Website or Reservation Office;
• ONE Change of original stay date allowed,
• IF new stay dates are outside this Special offer then full Rack Rate will apply; 
• No refund if original stay date is changed to another date other than the dates applicable for this offer;
• EVERY DAY of the Week;
• Not available to Agents, Tour Operators, Companies or Government Departments;
• Limited to Private individuals only;
• No third-party bookings accepted;
• Group bookings of more than 8 people (4 couples) will be accepted, IF availability allows and on acceptance of House Rules;
• Offer EXCLUDES Breakfast (BREAKFAST AT AN OPTIONAL EXTRA) 
• Offer applicable on first come first serve basis;
• Non-Refundable cancellation policy applies;
• Regret NO self-catering facilities, like Braai facilities available;
• No parties/loud music or alcohol abuse allowed on premises;
